**Key Responsibilities**
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling property & casualty (p&c) related customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems via the telephone
* Providing customers with plan coverage information, quotes, policy changes, and policy change impacts to premium
* Reviewing and updating policies to enhance retention and better meet the needs of the consumer
* Counseling policyholders on appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment options, and state laws to ensure sufficient protection against risks covered by Property and Casualty insurance
* Making recommendations and/or changes to policies and gaining policyholder acceptance to process the changes
* Receiving and responding to calls and emails, documenting all activity in EPIC
* Utilizing knowledge of insurance industry and club insurance agency policies and procedures to provide efficient and professional customer service
* Identifying opportunities to apply discounts, processing insurance verification forms for insured, and acting as liaison for information exchange between customer and insurance companies
* Processing changes to policies within EPIC and submitting changes to specific companies
* Reviewing policy information and referencing company-specific claims procedures to assist insured in filing claims
* Mailing insured documentation to be signed and returned as necessary, following up to ensure documentation has been returned in a timely manner
* Recognizing cross-sell opportunities (membership and insurance) and obtaining quote information
* Performing other duties as assigned

**Requirements**
To succeed as an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of increasingly complex customer service experience in an insurance environment
* Property and Casualty insurance license required
* Membership license preferred and/or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
