About the Role: A Blend of Remote and Office Work

This is a unique hybrid position, offering the flexibility of remote work for 1 day and in-office work for 2 days, or vice versa, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively. As a Project Associate, you'll be at the forefront of our revenue integrity projects, handling a mix of data entry, medical record retrieval, and report generation tasks with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Medical Record Retrieval and Management: Retrieve patient medical records from various hospital systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Patient Billing Preparation: Generate and prepare patient itemized bills in the appropriate formats for both internal and external audits.
  • Data Entry and Extraction: Extract necessary information from hospital patient accounting systems and enter data accurately into our systems.
  • Communication with Healthcare Facilities: Make phone calls to post-acute healthcare facilities to obtain required patient information, showcasing your excellent communication skills.
  • Report Generation and Analysis: Run and create reports as needed, providing insights that support our revenue recovery efforts.
  • Data Entry and Document Management: Assist with various data entry tasks and ensure the scanning and indexing of documents are done correctly.
  • Supporting the Recovery Team: Be flexible and assist with any other information gathering or data entry tasks as required by the recovery team.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
