**Responsibilities**

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and connecting clients with our team of expert interpreters. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
* Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for our clients
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)
* Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* Ability to keep sensitive information confidential and maintain a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position
* Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
