**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative to work an 11pm-7am overnight shift on Wednesday's and a 3pm-6pm afternoon shift on Saturdays. There may also be opportunities to work a Thursday 11PM-7AM shift. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for answering calls, taking messages, and processing customer requests in a timely and efficient manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer calls and take messages overnight to pass on to client companies
* Utilize computerized systems to efficiently process customer requests and maintain accurate records
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, ensuring that all customer interactions are professional and courteous
* Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and talk time goals
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Experience in data entry and clerical tasks
* Strong typing skills for quick and accurate responses
* Driver's License (Required)
* Ability to arrive on time and work an overnight schedule including one night over the weekends as well
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience in customer service, message taking, data entry, or client service
* Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Familiarity with computerized systems and software applications
