**Job Summary**

We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team of overnight, weekend, and holiday lost/stolen customer service agents. As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that our clients' needs are met. This is a 100% remote position, and you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a customer service representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
* Resolving customer disputes and filing disputes for customers who suspect fraud on their accounts
* Maintaining an empathetic and professional tone throughout all calls, even in high-pressure situations
* Working independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives
* Utilizing technology to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associates Degree preferred
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Background check required
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to use WIRED High-Speed Internet Connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (No Wifi)
* Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) Smartphone
* Either Smartphone or Land Line Phone used for remote queue connection
* Ability to problem solve and think critically

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

* 3+ years of customer service experience
* Experience working in a remote call center environment
* Experience working with customers who are experiencing financial difficulties or who are victims of identity theft
* Experience working with technology to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience

**Scheduling**

As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be required to work a variety of shifts, including:

* Evening shift
* Holidays
* Night shift
* Weekend availability

We offer three full-time scheduling options and two part-time scheduling options. These options include:

+ Sunday: 5P-2A
+ Monday: Off
+ Tuesday: Off
+ Wednesday: 9P-6A
+ Thursday: 9P-6A
+ Friday: Off
* Part-time scheduling options:
