**Responsibilities**

As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and courteous service.

* Troubleshooting complex issues and providing solutions that meet customers' needs.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
* Current residency in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI.
* Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired, ensuring seamless connectivity and minimal downtime.
* A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving.
