**Job Summary**

We're looking for part-time remote customer service advisors to join our team of customer experience experts. As a customer service advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat
* Answer customer questions and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Present and answer questions about our services and products to customers
* Use effective soft-selling and interpersonal communication skills to grow the arenaflex brand
* Build relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers
* Balance multiple tasks and changing priorities with high attention to detail
* Provide product support, solutions, and additional product information to customers
* Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our customer experience goals

**Essential Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
* Prior experience in a call center environment (strongly preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong typing skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications
* Ability to commit to 3 weeks of full-time paid training
* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including one weekend day
* Ability to work on Saturdays and holidays
* High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
* Ability to build relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
* Experience working with multiple computer applications and software systems
