**Main Responsibilities**

As a Patient Care Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Helping patients navigate their healthcare journey, including applying for loans, ordering testing, and scheduling appointments with health coaches
* Conducting phone and Zoom calls with patients to discuss their care and concerns
* Checking text messages and voicemails to ensure timely communication with patients
* Selling and ordering supplements to support patient care
* Scheduling and rescheduling appointments with health coaches
* Providing administrative support, including filling out forms and completing other tasks as needed
* Supporting health coaching, scheduling, and rescheduling
