**Job Summary**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our customers through face-to-face and vocal interactions. You'll be responsible for delivering solutions that meet customer needs, while also providing general administrative support in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of arenaflex, ensuring a unique and memorable experience
* Utilize a thorough understanding of arenaflex practices to offer solutions that meet customer needs
* Provide general administrative support, including receiving and processing payments, updating lot notes, and filing documents
* Answer multi-line telephone in a professional manner, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
* Engage in face-to-face customer interaction, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service
* Use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
* Contact clients to obtain vehicle pick-up information and ensure timely resolution
* Process mail incoming and outgoing per criteria, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
* Read and interpret various reports and documents, ensuring timely and accurate completion of sale documents
* Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to delivering exceptional results

**Essential Qualifications**

* One year of office support experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Excellent customer service skills and attitude, with a passion for delivering outstanding results
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Proficient with office equipment, including computers, printers, and phones
* Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and precision in a fast-paced environment

* Computer proficiency in MS Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
* Typing speed of 45WPM, with the ability to maintain accuracy and speed in a fast-paced environment
