As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and support for our valued clients.
About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their order status, product information requests, and returns. You'll work closely with various departments, including Medical Billing and Sales, to resolve customer concerns, disputed billing charges, and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer returns according to established department policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Medical Billing department to resolve disputed billing charges and ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
- Partner with Sales Representatives to meet or exceed customer service expectations and provide feedback on service failures or customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide informed support to customers.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in the medical industry or call center/customer service.
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications, technical procedures, and training tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deal with a variety of variables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical technology or healthcare-related field.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and/or medical devices.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
