**Key Responsibilities**

As a Virtual Assistant for Customer Calls, you will be responsible for:

* Joining video calls with customers to ensure they follow the required steps outlined in our guidebook
* Providing guidance and support to customers during the calls
* Monitoring customer progress and providing feedback to ensure they meet the required standards
* Participating in presentations and discussions with customers
* Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A computer with a working webcam and mic (joining from a phone or tablet will not be accepted)
* A stable internet connection
* Basic English language skills
* A minimally filled profile with a photo (students are preferred, but not required)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
