As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing exceptional customer service to clients via telephone, email, and online channels
* Managing both inbound and outbound calls to ensure timely and effective resolution of client queries

**Essential Capabilities**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* To live in the state of Utah
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 4+ years of professional experience working with computers and electronic devices
* Experience multitasking with telephone and computer skills
* A designed broadband internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
* Ability to adjust your schedule regularly (every 4 weeks), with a 14-day advance notice
* A private and distraction-free home environment, allowing you to focus on client interactions during work hours

**Preferred Capabilities**

While not essential, the following skills and experiences will be highly valued:

* 1+ years of significant telephone or email customer support experience
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Experience working in a customer support or call center environment
* Experience working in a healthcare setting
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality
