Expert Motion Designer for Transparent OLED Kiosk Content (Ongoing Work)
Summary Description:
I am looking for a highly skilled, reliable motion designer to act as my go-to partner for formatting and animating content specifically for Transparent OLED (T-OLED) Kiosks. I will provide you with client assets (logos, images, video clips), and you will optimize and animate them for transparent hardware.
Technical Constraints (Must Understand):
- Black is Transparent: You must strictly use Pure Black (Hex #000000) for any area that should be invisible on the T-OLED screen.
No Fades to Black: Objects should have hard edges or dissolve cleanly; muddy gradients look terrible on this hardware.
- Color Profile: Content must be high-contrast and saturated to show up clearly against a real-world physical background behind the kiosk.
Deliverables:
- Short seamless loops (10-15 seconds) AND extended narrative animations (30-60 seconds).
- MP4 (H.264 High Bitrate) and ProRes 4444.
- Resolution: 1920 x 1080 (Standard HD).
- Audio: No audio (unless specified).
- Note to Editor: Do not export with an "alpha channel" or transparency. Just bake the black background into the video. The T-OLED screen will treat black pixels as invisible naturally.
Budget & Compensation:
We will operate on a Fixed Price per Asset model to ensure predictable billing. I am looking to establish a long-term relationship for ongoing volume. (Note: Base rates are for rendered deliverables only. Project Source File buyouts can be negotiated separately if needed).
- Paid Test Task: $75 (One simple 10-second logo loop to verify "RGB Zero" transparency workflow and working relationship).
- Tier 1 (Simple Loop): $100–$150 per asset. (10-15s 2D animation, glow effects, breathing loops, basic asset formatting).
- Tier 2 (Complex Loop): $250–$400 per asset. (10-15s 3D extrusion, metallic textures, complex motion, slow-rotating 3D models).
- Tier 3 (Extended Narrative): $600–$1,200+ per asset. (30-60s linear animations, process explainers, advanced particle effects/fluid dynamics, multi-step 3D visual stories).
- Bulk Work: Negotiable flat rates for "packs" of 3-5 generic ambient loops.
