Moxie Pest Control is dedicated to improving the quality of life for their customers, team, and community. They are seeking a Field Expert Support Expert who is passionate about customer service and resolving issues efficiently, while being a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Must maintain a SMS response rate of 90sec or better
  • Remain available for Field Expert calls, emails and other communications
  • Assist with inbound general customer inquiries as needed
  • Respond to SMS, email and Voicemails from customers
  • When applicable participate in cross training within other CC departments
  • Assist management with non recurring tasks as needed
  • Occasional customer data entry update tasking
  • Provide feedback in order to improve processes when prompted

Skills

  • Must possess a high school diploma, or equivalent
  • Customer service experience preferred (call center, hospitality, service industry, automotive industry etc.)
  • Basic understanding of G-Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets)
  • Become an expert at PestRoutes - our CRM
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed
