Flexible Remote Role For Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants

Responsibilities:
• Manage low acuity urgent care and primary care cases remotely
• Provide care to 8-10 urgent care patients per hour, both synchronously and asynchronously
• Respond to patient inquiries and consultations promptly, maintaining a response time of 15 minutes or less
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare providers, including other NPs/PAs and supervising physicians
• Maintain a professional dress code during virtual consultations
• Adhere to supervisor agreements and protocols
• Utilize both synchronous and asynchronous communication platforms effectively

Requirements:
• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in all 50 states in the US.
• Strong clinical skills in primary care or mental health.
• Ability to manage a high volume of patients efficiently, averaging 6 patients per hour.
• Comfortable with both synchronous and asynchronous patient care models.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
