Freelance Jr. Designer

Athlete to Athlete is a fast-growing sports-tech startup connecting NCAA Division I athletes with youth athletes. They are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior/Mid-Weight Designer to support the Art Director in producing high-volume static assets across digital and social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality static graphics for social, web, and marketing channels
• Work closely with our Art Director to bring the A2A brand to life
• Follow established brand guidelines while contributing fresh visual ideas
• Work within templates and repeatable workflows to deliver at scale
• Balance speed and quality in a fast-paced startup environment
• Stay organized and maintain clean file structures for easy handoffs

Skills

• 1–4 years of graphic design experience
• Strong skills in layout, typography, and visual design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop + Illustrator); Figma is a plus
• Comfortable with high-volume production work
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• A portfolio showcasing strong static design work
