Overview:

Our client is actively seeking an experienced Partner-level attorney with a portable book of business of at least $500,000 to join their growing practice. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys specializing in Real Estate (litigation and/or transactional) and/or Intellectual Property, including Trademark matters, who are looking for a more flexible and growth-oriented platform.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow an existing book of business in Real Estate and/or Intellectual Property
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships while expanding your practice
• Handle sophisticated matters including:
• Real estate transactions, disputes, leasing, and development
• Intellectual property matters including trademark prosecution, enforcement, and related litigation
• Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining autonomy over your practice
• Contribute to the firm’s overall growth through business development and client retention

Qualifications
• Active California Bar license
• Demonstrated portable book of business of $500K+
• Significant experience in:
• Real Estate (litigation or transactional), and/or
• Intellectual Property / Trademark law

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$400,000 – $500,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
