Minimum Requirements
• Active Pennsylvania Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check

No prior real estate experience is required. Training and mentorship are provided.
