Job Description

In Scope
Assist day to day operations for the members (OEP’s customers)

Mostly back office work and data entry

Covers data entry Xero (accounting software work)

Statement reconciliation

Inbox clearing and manages the work traffic coming in generic inboxes

Collections for customers/businesses

Job and quote creation

Quote follow up

Generic follow up – (Calling the members of a missing requirement, checking to confirm booking of a job & other clarifications)

Invoicing

Preparing all completed jobs to invoicing stage

Auditing technician’s compliance

Generating KPI reports

One off report requested by members

Receives after hours and/or regular calls depending on the member requirement

Makes outbound calls as needed (B2B calls)

Skill Requirement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent multi-tasking skills

At least 1 year back office experience

Experience in customer service is favourable

Immediate to advanced computer skills

Attention to detail

Excellent Multi—tasking skills
