Hudson IT and Manpower is seeking a Generative AI/ML professional with an innovative and forward-thinking mindset to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying GenAI-driven solutions that transform business processes and enhance productivity.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications and workflows using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Fine-tune pre-trained models to meet specific business needs and improve performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation
- Build prompt engineering strategies to optimize model outputs
- Research and prototype new approaches in text, image, and multimodal generation
- Implement scalable GenAI solutions using APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Evaluate and monitor AI model accuracy, bias, and performance metrics
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in GenAI, NLP, and machine learning technologies
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- 6 months –2 years of experience in AI/ML development with a focus on Generative AI and NLP
- Strong understanding of transformer-based architectures (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Gemini)
- Hands-on experience with Python, LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI API
- Experience integrating GenAI models into real-world applications or enterprise systems
- Proficiency in cloud computing environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Experience with multimodal AI (text, image, or audio generation)
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma)
- Exposure to prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLMOps
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple terms
