We are currently seeking enthusiastic and organized individuals to join our team as Global Travel Specialist. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and coordinating travel experiences across a variety of destinations, helping turn their ideas into well-structured and confirmed trips.

Responsibilities
Assist clients with organizing travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and activities
Research global destinations to match client preferences, timelines, and budgets
Provide recommendations and helpful insights to support travel decisions
Communicate with clients via email, phone, and online platforms
Coordinate bookings and confirmations with travel suppliers and partners
Maintain accurate records of client itineraries and travel details
Stay informed about travel updates, promotions, and destination highlights
Support clients throughout the planning process from inquiry to final confirmation
Candidate Qualifications
Interest in global travel and client support services
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment
Comfortable using online systems and basic computer tools
Must be at least 18 years old
Must reside in the US, UK, Mexico, the EU, or Australia
