Part-Time Graphic Designer + Video Editor (LATAM, Remote)
We’re hiring a part-time Graphic Designer with video editing capabilities to support a fast-moving marketing team focused on the hospitality space. This is a highly execution-focused role creating day-to-day marketing assets across digital, social, and web.
This is a great fit for someone who is versatile, fast, and detail-oriented — not just a designer, but someone who can jump between formats and get things done.

Scope
~10–20 hours per week (flexible)

Fully remote (LATAM-based candidates preferred)

What You’ll Do
Design marketing assets: banners, graphics, web visuals, and ad creative

Edit short-form videos for social and paid campaigns

Adapt content into multiple formats (social, ads, web)

Support light design tasks (e.g., business cards, simple layouts)

Work from briefs and brand guidelines to execute quickly

Collaborate with the team via Asana and iterate based on feedback

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in graphic design (marketing-focused)

Strong video editing skills (short-form content, social-first)

Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects)

Comfortable using Canva for quick-turn assets

Strong sense of layout, branding, and visual consistency

Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality

Fluent English (written and verbal)

Reliable and responsive in a remote environment

Nice to Have
Experience creating content for ads or performance marketing

Familiarity with hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands

Motion graphics experience
