HOA Organizers, Inc. is a community association management company focused on integrity and teamwork. They are seeking an HOA Collections & Transitions Coordinator to manage day-to-day collections operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while overseeing the onboarding and offboarding of properties.

Responsibilities

  • Audit HOA accounts on a regular and monthly basis
  • Mark and manage accounts placed into collections in accordance with company policy and governing documents
  • Prepare, process, and record liens, including visiting county recorder offices as required
  • Ensure all collections-related mailings are accurate, complete, and sent in a timely manner
  • Handle routine collections communications and follow-ups
  • Oversee onboarding of new properties and offboarding of associations from beginning to end, ensuring collections continuity and accuracy
  • Help answer day-to-day collections questions from community managers and internal teams
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure proper documentation
  • Identify discrepancies, risks, or trends and escalate when appropriate
  • Support and improve processes to enhance control, consistency, and efficiency
