As a DCX Client Services Home-Based Accounting Clerk, you will oversee invoice processing and payment. You will be responsible for managing vendor relations, keeping an up-to-date vendor database, and relevant AP reporting. Day to day, you will be making significant contributions to our partner’s operations and get the opportunity to enlarge your scope and shape your career.

Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures 

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

Posting real estate agent credits and billings

Processing AP and AR transactions (Similar to the AP role)

Onboarding and terminating Advisors (Note: this is essentially data entry)

Basic Accounting-related Reporting

Assisting with the month-end closing needs  

Some special projects, like assisting with cyclical things like year-end closings or general admin things related to work

 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.  

Experience: At least one year of experience in an accounting clerk, AP, or AR role

Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.  

Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.

Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:   
Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software. 

Residential real estate brokerage experience is a plus, but would not be a requirement

WHAT WE OFFER 

Salary Range: Php 45,000- Php 48,500  

Job Type: Full-time 

Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (USA) 

Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
