Homeowners Liability Desk Adjuster - 1099 Florida-Licensed

CCMS & Associates is seeking a homeowners liability desk adjuster (Florida-licensed) with at least 5 years experience. This position is ready to be filled immediately. Now is the time to join our team!  

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years homeowners liability adjusting experience
Working computer/laptop - internet access and Microsoft Word required
Strong time management and customer service skills
Currently active Florida adjusters license *must be self-appointed*
Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth investigations into liability claims to gather facts regarding the loss
Investigate claims by obtaining recorded statements from insureds, claimants, or witnesses, and by interviewing fire, police, or other government officials
Maintain compliance on each claim in an active caseload
Review applicable coverage forms and endorsements, and provide a thorough analysis of issues in well-documented reports to client
Maintain acceptable product quality through compliance with established best practices
Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of liability insurance coverage and industry standards
Ability to prepare full-captioned reports by collecting and summarizing required information
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Prompt, reliable, and friendly
Detail-oriented individual to accurately gather and analyze information to avoid errors
