In Force Associate

The In Force Associate plays a critical role in supporting the administration and servicing of insurance policies, ensuring accurate processing of policy changes and delivering high-quality client service.
Responsibilities
- Process in force policy changes and regular and ongoing maintenance
- Facilitate Advisory Team revenue and commission changes
- Generate fiscal year end summaries for corporate insurance policies
- Handle notices received from insurance carriers and communicate relevant details to the Advisory Team
- Manage policy documents (e.g. scan mail and save to client file, prepare and mail policy contracts)
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and collaborate on projects with members of the Advisory Services team to improve processes across teams
- Deliver a high level of personalized, end-to-end, client service to internal and external clients
- Answer queries in a timely and solutions-based manner
- Coordinate operational tasks aligning to MGA responsibilities
- Other relevant and related responsibilities, as assigned and as the needs of the organization change
Skills
- 1+ years' experience in a client facing role in the financial services industry
- Completion of, or in the process of obtaining, Life License Qualification Program (LLQP)
- You are proficient with systems including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- You are legally eligible to work in Canada for any employer
- Permanent and Term Life insurance, Critical Illness, Disability Insurance, or Long Term Care Insurance is preferred
