We're a premium minimalist tech accessories brand with a strong reputation for design and quality. We're a small, focused team and we're growing our influencer and affiliate presence thoughtfully.

The Role:

We're looking for someone with real, hands-on experience in influencer marketing and affiliate programs. This isn't an entry-level position. We want someone who has done this before, knows what works, and isn't afraid to share their perspective. You'll be executing day-to-day but we also genuinely value your insight on strategy, partnerships, and how we can improve.

This is a relationship-heavy role. The right person enjoys the people side of this work and understands that the best influencer partnerships are built over time.

What You'll Do:

- Sourcing influencers across micro, mid-tier, and macro levels that fit our brand

- Handling outreach from first contact through to confirmed partnerships

- Managing and nurturing ongoing influencer relationships (a big part of this role)

- Coordinating influencer gifting and PR sends

- Supporting and growing our affiliate program: recruiting, onboarding, and keeping affiliates engaged

- Contributing to strategy around campaigns and product launches

- Keeping our influencer and affiliate database organized and current

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or affiliate management. We'll ask for specifics.

- A solid understanding of how influencer gifting, organic seeding, and PR actually work

- Someone with a point of view, not just someone who follows instructions

- Strong communication skills, especially in writing

- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently
