Inside Sales Representative
Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services is a unique plumbing company focused on a structured, relationship-driven approach to inside sales. The Inside Sales Representative will manage and convert open estimates, sell memberships, and oversee sales marketing efforts to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on open plumbing and backflow estimates (residential & commercial)
- Call, text, and email customers to move jobs forward
- Turn 'thinking about it' into 'let's book it'
- Close and manage membership sales (new and recurring)
- Oversee and monitor sales marketing efforts related to follow-ups and memberships
- Work with an overseas support team member who handles backend membership administration
- Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients
- Track estimate status, approvals, and objections in ServiceTitan
- Communicate closely with CSRs to ensure smooth scheduling and execution
- Maintain accurate notes, follow-up cadence, and pipeline visibility
Skills
- Experience in inside sales, retention, collections, appointment setting, or CSR sales
- Strong phone, text, and email communication skills
- Confidence overcoming objections and asking for the close
- Comfort working from structured lists, processes, and KPIs
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Coachable, accountable, and organized
- Tech-savvy (ServiceTitan experience a plus, not required)
- Ability to work in-office or remote effectively
