Inside Sales Representative, Net New Business

The Inside Sales Product Specialist – New Logo is responsible for generating new business in the AMER Territory SMB segment, managing the full sales cycle, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Applies sales skills associated with an inside sales model; strong verbal and written skills required
- Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close for net new Autodesk Construction Cloud customers
- Understand customer issues and requirements in order to recommend a specific Autodesk product or industry solution
- Maintain advanced knowledge of Autodesk products in your portfolio, competitive products, and industry trends as well as Autodesk Subscription and Advanced Support
- Demonstrate product to customer and connect business outcomes to required capabilities
- Maintain strong understanding of promotions and campaigns related to doing business with Autodesk and/or its Partners
- Negotiate contract terms with customer and complete sales order transactions
- Utilize Salesforce.com to document all customer opportunities and customer activity
- Maintain Salesforce.com opportunities using probability definitions embedded to categorize opportunities accordingly to accurately forecast against plans and targets weekly
- Build strong relationships for business planning with the extended Autodesk field sales teams
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and prompt manner
- Work closely with Activation/Onboarding team to ensure new customers have a great experience partnering with Autodesk
- Join in person meetings for events, conferences, marketing events, etc. Up to 20% travel. Primarily remote work
Skills
- Technical product knowledge and capability to demonstrate complex Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions
- Familiarity with sales process and certain selling methodologies i.e. MEDDPICC, Critical 6, or BANT
- Familiarity with CRM applications (i.e., Salesforce)
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage difficult situations while remaining upbeat and positive at all times
- Strong work ethic: Team oriented, self-starter, high energy, and results oriented
- Highly proficient computer skills including SFDC, email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
