They are seeking an Insurance Sales Agent who will engage in value-based conversations to provide clients with the protection they need, while managing a diverse portfolio of insurance products and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Sell and manage a diverse portfolio of insurance products, including Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance
- Follow up with high-quality leads and schedule appointments to build your book of business
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure remarkable customer experiences
- Oversee client policies with a focus on accurate documentation, compliance, and ethical business practices
Skills
- An active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
- You must possess excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills to explain complex coverage options clearly
- We are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals who thrive in result-driven environments
- Previous sales experience is preferred, whether from inside/outside sales, retail, or telemarketing backgrounds
