This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Sydney Time) with a 1-hour unpaid break
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Our client is seeking a driven and proactive Internal Sales Agent to support our lending team. This is a customer-facing role focused on driving internal sales and guiding clients through the loan application process. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background—preferably in the lending or finance space—and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily outbound calls to engage and qualify potential leads

    Assist in preparing and packaging loan applications for review

    Coordinate and facilitate the loan process from application through to funding

    Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the CRM

    Provide clear and consistent communication to clients throughout the process

    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in lending, financial services, or a related field

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to handle objections and professionally manage rejection
