This role is ideal for a 3rd or 4th year university student looking to turn classroom learning into real‑world impact.

What You’ll Do

Provide first‑level IT support in a remote environment

Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and access issues

Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective

Document and improve Help Desk workflows and processes

Assist with automation opportunities and basic IT dashboards or reports

Support system maintenance, user accounts, and asset tracking

What You Bring

Currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of IT, Computer Science, or related program

Interest in Help Desk operations, IT workflows, and process improvement

Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking fundamentals

Strong problem‑solving skills and customer service mindset

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

Exposure to ticketing systems, automation, scripting, or data visualization

Experience in customer service or technical support
