• Analyze data (e.g., SQL, OpenSearch) to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, refinements, and technical discussions.
• Support backlog prioritization with TPOs/BPOs.
• Use JIRA and Confluence to manage tasks and documentation.
Requirements:
• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role in digital environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP) and system integrations.
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Bruno, Insomnia, Postman).
• Ability to analyze data and support decisions (SQL or similar).
• Experience in requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and backlog management.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
