Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Retail Front Desk Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email in an in- or outbound service center, consistent with service and quality standards
- Processing customer orders, bills, and accounts, and applications for service, maintenance, and termination
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Working with established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
- Identifying problems and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assessing each using standard procedures, and making sound decisions
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or retail environment
- Post-secondary school education may substitute for years of experience (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- A high level of professionalism and integrity
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Experience in the auto glass industry or a related field
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- Fluency in multiple languages
