Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Retail Front Desk Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email in an in- or outbound service center, consistent with service and quality standards
  • Processing customer orders, bills, and accounts, and applications for service, maintenance, and termination
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Working with established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
  • Identifying problems and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assessing each using standard procedures, and making sound decisions

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or retail environment
  • Post-secondary school education may substitute for years of experience (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • A high level of professionalism and integrity

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience in the auto glass industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
  • Fluency in multiple languages
