Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our airline, crafting meaningful connections with our passengers and creating a welcoming, valued, and respected environment. You'll interact with our domestic and international customers, supporting them with ticketing, baggage, and travel-related issues, while providing a friendly, professional, and confident service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in a kind and helpful manner, building customer loyalty and commitment
- Step up and anticipate customer needs, while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility
- Work collaboratively with others, supporting your colleagues and helping them achieve success

Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
- Able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
