Jr. Paralegal

Pollart Miller LLC is an established law firm with offices in Arizona, Colorado, and Utah. They are seeking a Rock Star Jr. Paralegal to assist the Paralegal and Associates in all aspects of case management, including requesting and organizing medical records, preparing correspondence, and tracking deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Paralegal and Associates in all aspects of the case
• Requesting and tracking medical and other records
• Preparing correspondence, basic pleadings
• Calendaring and docketing deadlines

Skills

• Prior experience with requesting and organizing medical records
• Well-organized and able to multi-task
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Desire to work in a team-oriented environment
