Junior Salesforce Developer (USC's and GC's)

Hudson IT and Manpower is hiring a Junior Salesforce Developer to assist in building scalable, AI-ready Salesforce solutions using modern Salesforce technologies and best practices. The role involves customizing Salesforce, supporting integrations, and collaborating with admins and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Customize Salesforce using Apex & Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Support Salesforce integrations using REST APIs
• Build workflows, validation rules, and automation
• Assist with deployments and version control
• Work closely with admins and business teams

Skills

• 6 months – 2 years of experience
• US Citizens and Green Card holders considered
• Salesforce: Apex, LWC (mandatory)
• Salesforce Automation: Flows (preferred over workflows)
• APIs: REST/SOAP integrations
• Data: SOQL (mandatory)
• DevOps: Git-based version control, CI/CD exposure
• Platform Knowledge: Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
• Associate's / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Salesforce certification (Admin / PD I) is a plus
