RESPONSIBILITIES

Written Premium Volume/New Business Applications

Accident Year Loss/ALAE Ratio (Includes IBNR)

Agency Profitability & Growth Goals 

Selling Techniques

Agency Critical Data Collection in ACT 

Sales Calls/Strategic Call Routing and Reporting 

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree 

Three years insurance experience or a minimum of five years insurance marketing /sales experience

Additional actuarial, underwriting or claims experience is helpful but not required.

Requires a thorough understanding of nonstandard auto insurance, product management and underwriting including a broad knowledge of the company and its activities and policies

Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.

Prefer strong computer skills with a thorough understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Cognos and ACT.  Knowledge of AS400 helpful

Excellent oral and written communication skills 

Must reside in Kentucky.
