**Key Responsibilities**

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Greeting customers with a smile and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
* Operating the register, handling cash transactions, and making purchase suggestions to customers
* Collaborating with our food program team to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers
* Leading shifts on a regular basis, gaining valuable entry-level management experience and developing your leadership skills
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out, to meet our high standards for store appearance
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
* Interacting with customers daily, building strong relationships, and addressing their concerns in a friendly and professional manner
* Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily goals and objectives
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes and suggesting innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and store efficiency

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* A strong work ethic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease
* Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions
* Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 60 pounds
* Physical stamina to stand and walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional bending, twisting, and grasping

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
