As a Remote Leadership Development Representative, you'll work directly with clients while developing the skills necessary to grow into future leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and online platforms
Educate clients on available benefit and protection programs
Build strong relationships through professionalism and exceptional service
Assist clients with applications and enrollment processes
Maintain accurate records and follow-up communications
Collaborate with team members and leadership to drive results
Participate in leadership training and development programs
Continuously improve communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
