FTE:  0.5 FTE (over 4 - 5 days)

SALARY: £35,000–£42,000 FTE

As the Learning Operations Specialist you will play a pivotal role in our People team supporting ongoing learning operations for all our employees and associates.  Your primary responsibilities will be to own the Learning Management System, support learners across the organisation, drive strong knowledge management, and provide reporting and operational insights. You will work closely with the wider People Operations function.

 

Responsibilities:

Reviewing and maintaining HRIS>Docebo integration as needed

Maintaining and creating user groups, learning pathways and learning assignment rules in Docebo for both permanent and associate staff

Hosting / integrating internal and external digital learning (SCORM etc) on Docebo

Managing mandatory training annual schedule, certification renewals in line with role-based mandatory curriculum, non-completion escalations, and reporting

Scheduling and supporting live learning sessions, (including clinical CPD schedule)

First-line learner support and system trouble-shooting, including managing L&D inbox and Grow Slack channel, escalating to relevant team members for response or addressing directly in line with internal SLAs

Ongoing learning comms including Docebo notifications to relevant audiences

Monitoring of learning design and development requests submitted

Basic support resources creation and maintenance in Genially

Liaison with external freelance resources / vendors as needed

Ad hoc support on audits or other talent and learning operational needs.

Supporting organisational knowledge management, e.g. Clinical Knowledge Hub and L&D intranet pages maintenance in liaison with subject matter experts

Provide regular operational insights to help teams monitor progress and support decision-making.

Essential

Previous experience working within a regulated environment

Excellent organisational, communication, and data management skills

Docebo LMS experience

HRIS / HCM experience

Google Suite experience, especially Google Sheets

Slack experience

 

Desirable

HiBob experience

Basic Articulate Rise experience

Genially experience

AI-supported workflow and process optimisation

Previous experience working within a People Operations team

Previous experience supporting an associate workforce
