Legal Assistant (REMOTE) Tennessee location 

We’re currently seeking a full-time entry-level legal assistant to provide our firm’s attorneys with administrative support. This is a perfect opportunity for a hard-worker with superior organizational skills, and who is interested in learning and growing in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting the firm’s attorneys & paralegals in managing a high volume of litigation matters

Communication with clients

Administrative responsibilities such as scanning, organizing, and recordkeeping

Assist with incoming and outbound mail

Manage hearing calendars

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

This is an entry-level position – prior experience working in a law office is a plus

Must possess superior organizational and time-management skills

Must be computer literate: Ability to easily learn & utilize the firm’s client software database

Highest ethical standards and professional integrity

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and outside parties

Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus
