The role involves providing basic Windows support, foundational networking knowledge, and understanding of Microsoft 365 environments while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients onsite and remotely across the DFW region
  • Provide remote support and travel onsite to client locations in DFW

Skills

  • Basic Windows 10/11 support experience
  • Foundational networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN troubleshooting)
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 environments (Azure AD basics, Teams, OneDrive; Intune a plus)
  • Clear communicator with a customer-first mindset
  • Drive and ambition to grow into Level 2 responsibilities
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
  • Ability to provide remote support and travel onsite to client locations in DFW
  • Professional, self-driven, and eager to learn
