Litigation Associate - Fully Remote

What You’ll Do
• Manage and drive complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft high-level pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs.
• Conduct and defend depositions, handle oral arguments, and manage discovery.
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop winning case strategies.

What We’re Looking For
• Experience: 3 to 7+ years of dedicated commercial litigation experience.
• Pedigree: Prior experience at a BigLaw or prominent regional firm is highly preferred.
• Credentials: J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in good standing.
• Skills: Exceptional writing, analytical, and courtroom advocacy skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
