We are looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused Remote Live Chat Assistant to engage with customers via our website’s live chat system. In this role, you will provide instant support, answer inquiries, and help resolve issues in real time — all through written communication. The ideal candidate has excellent typing and problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, or policies

Resolve customer issues or concerns efficiently, escalating when needed

Maintain a friendly, helpful, and brand-aligned tone in all conversations

Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service

Document customer interactions and feedback for internal tracking

Collaborate with other team members to improve service processes

Stay up to date on company products, promotions, and policies

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)

Proven experience in customer service, especially via live chat or messaging platforms

Excellent written communication and grammar skills

Fast and accurate typing skills (recommended: 50+ WPM)

Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Comfortable with technology and learning new software quickly

Ability to work independently and maintain productivity remotely

Requirements
Reliable computer or laptop with internet access

Quiet and professional home work environment

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends if needed

Familiarity with chat platforms such as Zen desk, Intercom, LiveChat, or similar tools
