This position will have the opportunity to lead the
Program Production Planning and Control team
across Dallas Heritage sites in support of a large program in the lower tier portfolio. The Program Production Planning and Control team is responsible for requirements
identification and creation through delivery including
Development, Production and Sustainment Demand.
Relocation: Relocation assistance is possible for this
exciting position.
Basic Qualifications
- Leadership experience with demonstrated performance driving continuous improvement with MRP/ERP.
- Fundamental understanding of all aspects of Production Planning and Control including; Master Production Scheduling, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Material Flow control.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple functions (these include Program management, production operations, quality, global supply chain, and engineering).
- Must have ability to obtain a US Government issued Security Clearance
- Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired skills
- SAP Knowledge and Experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trained / certified
- APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
- Knowledge of industry wide best practices and processes for managing material flow throughout a production supply chain.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
