About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a growing leader in print finishing and lamination solutions to hire a Major Accounts Representative. This is a high-impact, growth-focused sales role managing an established multi-state territory with strong existing accounts and significant new business potential.

This position is open due to a recent internal promotion, and you’ll receive hands-on training and support to ensure a smooth transition and long-term success.

What You’ll Do

Manage and grow a multi-state territory of key accounts and prospects

Build relationships with commercial printers, label, and packaging converters

Identify and close new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts

Develop and execute strategic account growth plans

Conduct in-person client visits, on-site meetings, and plant tours

Maintain consistent weekly travel schedule across territory (approx. 3 days/week)

Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, technical specialists, sales leadership)

Track pipeline, activity, and accounts in CRM (Salesforce or similar)

Travel Requirements (Important)

60–70% travel required across California, Nevada, Utah, Washington, and Oregon

Expect to be in the field ~3 days per week, with regular overnight travel

Ability to travel by car and air as needed

Must be comfortable visiting manufacturing and production environments

Travel is planned and structured, not last-minute

What We’re Looking For

8+ years of B2B sales experience (printing, packaging, or related industry preferred)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Experience managing a territory and key accounts

Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills

Comfortable working remotely with frequent travel

CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
