We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Market Development Specialist to identify growth opportunities, expand market presence, and drive business development initiatives. In this role, you will analyze market trends, build partnerships, and develop strategies that support revenue growth and brand positioning. This is a fully remote position requiring strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to execute go-to-market strategies effectively.

What You'll Do

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target segments, and industry trends

Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies

Build and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align growth initiatives

Analyze competitor activities and recommend strategic positioning improvements

Support the development of go-to-market (GTM) plans and campaigns

Track and report on key performance metrics, market insights, and ROI

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels

Contribute to pricing, branding, and product positioning strategies

What We're Looking For

3–6+ years of experience in market development, business development, or strategic marketing

Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data and trends

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools

Ability to work cross-functionally in a remote, collaborative environment

Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

Experience in international market expansion or global business development

Familiarity with digital marketing and demand generation strategies

Background in SaaS, technology, or a high-growth industry

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
