Marketing Analyst
IXL Learning is the largest K-12 edtech company in the US, seeking a Marketing Analyst to support global marketing initiatives. The role involves developing analytics frameworks, modeling customer lifetime value, and supporting marketing teams with data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop analytics frameworks and statistical solutions to support marketing strategies; assess the impact of marketing and product changes using media mix modeling, A/B testing, etc
- Model customer lifetime value using Bayesian techniques or custom methodologies
- Write efficient and accurate SQL to query marketing and website data across multiple data warehouses, including BigQuery and Redshift
- Support product and marketing teams to design rigorous experiments that drive improvements in user engagement and conversion rates
- Launch technical integrations for marketing platforms using Google Tag Manager and GA4
Skills
- Bachelor degree in quantitative field or equivalent experience
- One or two years of experience with statistical modeling techniques
- Advanced SQL skills to write efficient queries and pull accurate data
- Intermediate knowledge of Python or R
- Knowledge of REST API, Javascript, and Google Cloud strongly preferred
