<p>Responsibilities</p>

Manage and guide a team of writers and designers to produce a variety of content formats, including blogs, ebooks, newsletters, and social media posts.<br />
Identify target audiences and tailor content accordingly to foster engagement and conversion.<br />
Perform keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance content visibility and attract organic traffic.<br />
Analyze content performance using marketing analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights.<br />
Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all planned materials while meeting deadlines.<br />
Coordinate with the sales and product teams to highlight key messages in our content.</p>
<p>Qualifications and Experience</p>
<p>3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the B2B sector.<br />
Strong portfolio demonstrating your writing skills and successful content campaigns.<br />
Excellent knowledge of SEO best practices and content management systems.<br />
Outstanding editing and proofreading abilities with a keen attention to detail.<br />
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time.<br />
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive content decisions.<br />
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively communicate ideas.<br />
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.<br />
Familiarity with email marketing and social media platforms is a plus.<br />
Experience in the recruitment industry is advantageous but not required.</p>
